Terms of Service

AI Work Coach™ is operated by ICON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT LLC. By creating an account or using AI Work Coach, you agree to these terms.

AI Work Coach provides AI-assisted education, training, workflow guidance, skill development, and task assistance. Users remain responsible for how they use information produced by the service.

Users may not use AI Work Coach for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, harassment, intellectual-property violations, or activity intended to harm another person or organization.

Features, usage allowances, pricing, AI models, and service functionality may be updated as the platform develops.

Privacy Policy

AI Work Coach may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication information, subscription status, training progress, usage information, and prompts submitted to the service.

When you voluntarily enable camera, image, screenshot, or screen-sharing features, information you choose to provide may be processed so AI Work Coach can provide guidance.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe. AI Work Coach should not directly store full payment-card numbers.

AI Work Coach does not intend to sell users' personal information to advertisers.

Information may be used to operate the service, authenticate users, manage usage limits and subscriptions, provide support, improve functionality, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Accuracy of AI Guidance

AI Work Coach™ is designed to provide helpful, relevant, and accurate guidance based on the information available at the time of use.

Because artificial intelligence may occasionally interpret information differently or produce incomplete results, users should review important instructions and verify high-impact decisions when appropriate.

AI Work Coach continuously aims to improve the quality and usefulness of its guidance, but no AI system can guarantee 100% accuracy in every situation.

Camera, Screenshot & Screen-Sharing Privacy

Camera and screen-sharing features are intended to operate only after the user grants permission and chooses to activate them.

Before sharing a screen, users should close or hide passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, private medical information, authentication codes, secret API keys, confidential employer information, and other sensitive data.

Users are responsible for deciding what information they choose to display or submit.

Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing period selected at checkout. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to that schedule.

Customers may cancel future renewal using available account, support, or payment-provider options. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse charges already processed.

Refund Policy

AI Work Coach provides digital services and access to computing resources. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly through the available support or contact channel.

Free Usage Policy

Eligible users may receive up to three free AI coaching checks to evaluate AI Work Coach before upgrading.

Attempts to create multiple accounts or otherwise bypass usage limits may result in restriction or suspension.

Acceptable Use Policy

AI Work Coach may not be used to:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
• Steal passwords, credentials, or private information.
• Create or distribute malicious software.
• Access systems without authorization.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or intentionally harm others.
• Violate intellectual-property rights.
• Abuse free trials, subscriptions, or payment systems.
• Intentionally interfere with the operation of the platform.

Children & School Use

The general consumer service is not intended for children under 13 without appropriate parental, guardian, school authorization, or other legally required protections.

School and institutional deployments may require separate agreements governing student information, educational records, data retention, security, and applicable student-privacy requirements.

Cookies & Local Technology

AI Work Coach may use cookies, browser storage, authentication technology, or similar tools to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, manage consent, and operate the service.

Security & Data Handling

AI Work Coach uses access controls, authentication services, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information and submitted work content.

Users should protect their passwords and avoid submitting secrets, private credentials, payment-card data, or confidential information that is not needed for the requested coaching task.

Data retention and processing may vary by feature, account type, service provider, and applicable legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

The AI Work Coach™ name, branding, software, interface, proprietary training workflows, and original materials are owned by or licensed to ICON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT LLC unless otherwise stated.
